Project description:
Planning and design of a courtyard to be shared by three families.
Formerly an empty grassland divided in two by a road serving trucks and operational vehicles, this piece of land was metamorphosed into a welcoming, safe and playful haven for kids and families.
In order to achieve this task, the road was moved to the periphery of the plot and separated by a green privacy screen, allowing the garden to be connected to the housing units.
In addition, we designed the garden and plants layout, a playground and a pool equipped with an electric cover system to seal the pool while children are outside; a large pergola containing an outdoor kitchen and various sitting options scattered around the backyard, allowing a variety of uses and different privacy levels.
