The project reflects on three themes: cultivating tradition, generating ideas, and sharing innovation, which represent the company’s modus operandi and trace an imaginary evolutionary path from the ancient centuriated plain to the Dismano Way, a symbol of connection to elsewhere.
The building is placed in the center of the area and consists of a basement, which gathers the planned semi-public functions, and an elevated body, in which the offices and the possible extension on the roof are located. asbiash diusa uidsahu ads huiads hiuasd hiudas biasiu ads iuadsiu dasiu If the side of the area facing the countryside houses the reception of employees and visitors, the opposite side is transformed into a large “Wonder Park,” where tall light stalks become a tool for dialogue between the company and the outside world, including through augmented reality technologies. From Orogel’s production departments, located in three adjoining areas, the new headquarters is reached by an elevated connecting loop that becomes at the same time a highly recognizable landmark. Special attention was given to the mental and physical well-being of the workers through careful design to enhance natural lighting, landscape views from each office, controlled acoustics, and the creation of spaces that can be “shaped” to suit needs that may change over time.
