The objective of the planning is the development of a modern, high-quality residential building comprising a total of nine residential units, harmoniously integrating the existing structure.
The architectural approach employs a clear and contemporary formal language, visually merging the old and new sections into a cohesive overall composition. Through a continuous facade grid, the two building sections are visually linked, ensuring the harmonious integration of the distinct structural volumes.
The facade design is characterized by a restrained articulation featuring recurring vertical axes, uniform window formats, and a coordinated palette of materials and colors. The aim is to capture the character of the existing building while simultaneously establishing a modern architectural identity.
This combination of the existing structure and the new extension creates an urbanistically balanced ensemble, distinguished by a clear structure and contemporary residential quality.
