At the heart of the design lies a sophisticated reinforced concrete exoskeleton system, which not only underpins the building’s structural integrity but also defines its unique architectural character. This exoskeleton employs diagonal supports that efficiently transfer structural loads directly to the ground, liberating the interior spaces from the constraints of traditional columns. The result is an expansive, open-plan layout that fosters spatial fluidity and adaptability, enabling the inhabitants to experience a seamless connection between different functional zones.
