Torre Lote 3 is a mixed-use building located in Atizapán de Zaragoza, within the metropolitan area of Mexico City. The project brings together offices, commercial spaces, restaurants, parking, public access areas, and event spaces in a compact vertical structure designed to respond to the changing needs of contemporary urban life.
Rather than approaching the tower as an isolated object, the project is conceived as an urban connector. Its program combines everyday services, workplace environments, hospitality areas, and collective spaces, creating a building that can operate at different scales: for its users, for the surrounding development, and for the larger city.
The architectural proposal emphasizes clarity, efficiency, and spatial hierarchy. The lower levels organize public and commercial activity, while the upper floors provide flexible office and consulting spaces. Shared amenities, restaurant areas, and an event floor expand the building’s role beyond a conventional office tower, allowing it to support social interaction, work, and gathering.
Materially, the project seeks a sober and timeless expression. The interiors use a palette of stone, wood, dark glass, and carefully integrated lighting to create spaces that feel solid, warm, and precise. The design of the lobby, circulation areas, signage, and shared interiors reinforces the identity of the building as a cohesive urban piece.
Torre Lote 3 reflects our interest in architecture as a tool for organizing relationships: between people, programs, mobility, commerce, and place. It is a building designed not only to occupy a site, but to activate it.
