The program reflects the actual need for corporate office space in São Paulo. The typical floors have around 1,800.00 sqm, and the building was located by L.C.Berrini Ave., on the remaining vacant area of the site, previously occupied by another office building complex designed in the 80's. The requirement for parking spaces provocated the expansion of the ehxisting deck parking up to the edge of the site and therefore the office tower was planted over the expanded deck parking, shingning the elevators core and the lobby area down to the ground level, an opportunity to create an unusual lobby height, totally connected to the adjacent side walk.
The ehxisting vehicular access to the deck parking divided the groung floor, which was another opportunity for an architectonic intervention on the building mass, also reflected on the top floors.
