Welcome to Dubai Hills Estate, a paradigm shift in urban living meticulously designed by COOOP. In this fully urbanized setting, the project stands out by strategically placing all activities and utilities above ground, challenging the conventional approach of subterranean parking. The parking facilities, cleverly integrated into the design and landscape, offer an urban escape where users enjoy amenities without realizing they are above ground.
The pedestrianized podium, akin to the First Floor, provides a harmonious space for residents, seamlessly blending with the surroundings. Above, towers and a hotel emerge, creating a multi-layered urban experience. COOOP Designer's role as the concept designer ensures a holistic approach, transcending the boundaries of traditional urban planning.
Dubai Hills Estate goes beyond physical structures; it considers human behaviour. The incorporation of Design for Behaviour ensures that the project is not just a collection of buildings but a living, breathing part of the city.
