This is a two-storey #DSN_HOUSE with an area of 215 square meters with a built-in garage for one car and an open shed for another. The location of the plot in relation to the cardinal points is very successful and allowed us to orient all living rooms to the south, where there is also an artificial reservoir.
The functional zoning is quite traditional for this type of housing: there is a technical block and a common space on the ground floor, and a private space on the second floor. But there is one significant difference: the master bedroom unit is located on the ground floor, because the clients' lifestyle required such a solution.
The spacious terrace in the southern part of the house has open and covered parts so that you can spend your leisure time outdoors in any weather. From the terrace, you can quickly get to a separate gazebo or a platform in the very center of the pond, where you can immerse yourself in your thoughts and relax.
