The master plan for Dongzhou Island takes into consideration its unique context, site, and development goals comprised of highrise, midrise, and private residence, sports venues, commercial village and cultural amenities. The master plan for the new sports and leisure eco-core area of Fuyang City provides a clear land sure strategy that creates real estate value for each of the program elements through master plan features maximizing access to the waterfront environment.
