We created a commercial format for this chain, a new casual restaurant category associated to a local massive consumption product: Peruvian chicken (pollo a la brasa). The goal is to make the gastronomic experience amusing and offer different spaces enabling a personal experience for the current guest depending on the place he/she is seated. Good natured, visual and full of contrasts, this design is very expressive from its location in the city until the different internal rooms.
