Imperia Balance is an 18-story tower designed with a double skin, incorporating terraces or planters as part of its load-bearing structure to ensure direct access to green spaces for each apartment. This feature is enhanced by large windows that create a sense of lightness and transparency within the inner layers of the tower.
The exterior design reflects a thoughtful consideration of interior spaces, with minimalism guiding the overall aesthetic. This approach achieves a harmonious balance between the architectural elements and the integrated vegetation.
The facades, featuring both open and French terraces, introduce a novel spatial concept that fosters connectivity between indoor and outdoor areas. The frontal facade, characterized by terraces delineating the horizontal lines of each level, presents a dual-layered appearance. In contrast, the lateral facades adopt a curved form, animated by a pattern of solids and voids created by protruding planters arranged in a rhythmic sequence of cubes. This dynamic composition results in a multi-layered facade reminiscent of a mat-building concept.
