The project is located in a street store in Wenzhou. For the wood exhibition hall, the designer is not limited to the soft and heavy feeling that traditional wood works want to express. Instead, he uses the vitality of youth, publicity and sharp scenery to convey the unique design concept of young wood brands and show the multi-dimensional plastic beauty of wood products.
In a familiar field, create an extraordinary visual domain.
Light Domain-
In a space of only 140 square meters, it is difficult to plan a reception area, a water bar area, a negotiation area, a sample area and a tea room, while taking into account the display function of the product.
After listing the above functional scenes, the designer decided to integrate the product into the space and make it a natural existence, and use the light as a transition role to play the role of division and connection.
After entering the space, the path on the right is designated as the area leading to the water bar. Due to the limitation of the loft in the upper part, the height advantage of this space is relatively weak. The design puts a mirror on the top of the space to form a sense of visual extension.
At the same time, through the brightly colored lighting elements, the visual center of gravity is pulled, the attention is diverted, and the sense of spatial oppression is resolved.
The "lava" concept lighting in the space integrates the concept of fences with the classic mortise and tenon technique of woodwork, which corresponds to the theme of the space. The blue light band on the top passes through the grille and forms a strong contrast with the red acrylic light.
This design expresses a challenging brand image, while naturally connecting the spatial relationship between the top and the facade.
Boundary-
Starting from the overall concept, the space is roughly divided into two blocks, "communication area" and "display area", with the entrance as the axis. The left side is more widely used for product display functions, and the design sets two paths here.
Go straight along the floor-to-ceiling glass on the outdoor side, and feel the background wall with storage function under the maximum natural light.
The other side is the main entrance, and the granite steps on the ground symbolize the naturalistic brand product concept and space design inspiration.
As the main area for product export, the exhibition hall also has the functions of negotiation and immersive experience. Corresponding to the red and blue lights in the water bar area, the same colors here express a relatively soft and natural state of life.
Wood products are naturally placed in the actual use of the space. Through the coordination between different materials, the display of details, and the use effect achieved by matching hardware accessories, a more realistic experience is presented, thus promoting the purpose of commercial conversion.
Field-
The fields have never been completely cut, and the design leaves gaps in various corners to leave room for the sight.
While expressing the overall attributes of integration, this open treatment method divides clear functional areas through half-covered and half-closed walls, high and low ground relationships, and the path of artificial lights.
The appearance of red metal structures in different areas has become the spiritual vein that runs through the space, constantly emphasizing the close connection between areas.
The sample area is presented in the deepest part of the space, which also coordinates the complete business behavior path of customers from visiting, understanding, and finally making a decision. The specific display of different panels is also hidden behind the wall, which is fully presented in the push-pull structure, while maintaining the simplicity of the facade.
Treat the space as a living entity, guide the invasion of natural light, plan the path of artificial light, regard lines as blood vessels, and regard the fusion between surfaces as the skin. As for how the space is, it depends on the experience process, what you find and what you think.
