The building comprises 9 stories, with 30 residential-type housing units. On the top level, there is the penthouse and a spacious social area that includes amenities. The main component of this building is its facade. With a modernist essence, its design transcends the typical orthogonal building to create a unique aesthetic.
Drawing inspiration from biomorphic and adaptive architecture, the vertical elements that make up its facades emerge from a robust base that opens up towards its sides at ground level and continues along the entire building, creating a pronounced verticality. These elements culminate in a green crown that lightens the ensemble.
