About the Project

Located in Estonia, this 216 m² apartment was created for a young couple and their pet. The client, inspired by a vacation in Dubai, wanted to recreate the same sense of luxury and comfort at home. Studia 54 transformed this vision into reality — combining hotel-style opulence with a warm, personal atmosphere while integrating the developer’s existing finishes and layout.

Living Room

The heart of the home is a multifunctional living area featuring an emerald Minotti sofa, brass-finished Eichholtz tables, and a bespoke chandelier with crystal butterflies that seem to float above the space. The TV zone and shelves are designed to display the client’s music awards, while a mobile dog bed adds a touch of coziness. The open plan connects the lounge, dining, and kitchen zones with panoramic city views.

Kitchen

The kitchen, in mocha mousse tones, combines elegance and functionality. A rounded breakfast bar and glass pendant lighting complement brass cabinetry and marble accents, creating a seamless and inviting atmosphere.

Hall

The hallway pairs textured leather panels with wood veneer for depth and sophistication. Terracotta Minotti armchairs and a butterfly art piece visually link the space to the living room, establishing a cohesive narrative.

Master Bedroom

To balance the asymmetric layout, designers introduced a niche with concealed curtains. Soft grays, gold, and terracotta hues create a soothing palette, enriched with Italian furniture and lighting from Cattelan Italia. The result is a tranquil, refined retreat.

Walk-in Closet

Created as a surprise for the client’s future wife, the walk-in closet features a backlit brass mirror, tinted glass wardrobes, and a chandelier crafted from natural salt crystals by Christopher Boots. The boutique-like space balances elegance, intimacy, and practicality.

Master Bathroom

A dark, atmospheric bathroom showcases pendant lights with emerald crystals that shimmer like jewels in changing light. Existing fixtures were preserved and enhanced with artistic illumination for a dramatic, luxurious effect.

Guest Bedroom

Light tones, soft textures, and graphic details create a calm and inviting atmosphere. The suede-framed alcove, brass accents, and a chandelier of natural stones add depth and refinement.

Sauna

Designed as a private sanctuary, the sauna incorporates fire-safe fiber-optic lighting that transforms the ceiling into a “starry sky.” This serene space offers relaxation and warmth, blending modern technology with comfort.

Essence

This Estonian apartment reflects the client’s lifestyle — elegant yet personal, luxurious yet livable. By merging Dubai-inspired glamour with thoughtful functionality, Studia 54 created a home where design, comfort, and emotion coexist in perfect harmony.
