CSIEB Competition
This project was part of a competition requesting a Service Building for one of the local Municipalities of Caracas. Located on one of the main avenues of the city, the program demanded specific areas for Public Transportation System, Transit Control, Fire Department and local Police for this sector including office space and mostly parking space. This resulted into a Parking Building which had to reflect its public activity and at the same time, protect the vehicles from insolation.
