The design of Crudo is directly inspired by its focus on green, fresh, and wholesome salads, turning the brand’s food philosophy into a spatial experience. Open ingredient counters put vibrant vegetables and herbs on display, making freshness and transparency central to the interior. Industrial elements such as exposed brick, concrete floors, and sculptural copper hoods are softened by warm wood finishes and touches of greenery, reinforcing a natural and healthy atmosphere. Bright, carefully balanced lighting enhances the colors of the produce, while the open kitchen invites guests to engage with the preparation process. Together, these elements express Crudo’s commitment to freshness, simplicity, and honest food in a contemporary, welcoming setting.
