When Cosmo Enterprise decided to move their showroom and offices from Colon's Free Zone to Panama City, Panama, they called BT Arquitectos to do the job. The group is well known for they brands Jordache, GSL, Oleg Cassini, Equinox and Mahi Mahi, among others, but they had no retail concept and everything was exhibited together. The architects separated each of the brands and created a store-like concept for each of the brands. The result was a mini department store with the brands united by a common corridor. Makassar ebony curved walls, black stainless steel columns, copper walls, container exhibition walls, and a conveyor belt, are just some of the features that amaze each and everyone of the clients that pass through the entrance doors. The space is divided into two floors, the lower floor housing the showrooms and management offices. Staff members and the rest of the managers spend most of their time in the more relaxed and lighted upper floor, together with the conference room, dining area and chill out room.
