Collaborating closely with KEO International, our team meticulously crafted every detail of this mixed-use development, ensuring it harmonizes seamlessly with its surroundings.
The Coral Beach Hotel boasts a comprehensive range of amenities across its multiple levels, including two basement parking levels, a ground floor, lower and upper first floors, and six typical floors dedicated to hotel rooms and apartments, culminating in a breath-taking penthouse atop the structure.
Our services encompassed a spectrum of design disciplines, including structural design to ensure the integrity and stability of the building, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system design for optimal comfort and safety, and electrical lighting, power, and fire alarm system design to enhance functionality and security.
In addition to meeting the project's technical requirements, our design prioritized user experience and behaviour. Thoughtful spatial planning and ergonomic considerations were integrated into every aspect of the design to create inviting and functional spaces that promote relaxation, productivity, and well-being. From the layout of guest rooms and apartments to the selection of materials and finishes, every detail was carefully curated to evoke a sense of comfort, luxury, and tranquillity.
