When Contentful expanded its Berlin headquarters to an 8,215 m² workspace, it needed a wayfinding system that did more than direct—it had to delight. Sentiform created a bold, playful, and brand-infused navigation experience, where signage became an extension of Contentful’s personality rather than just a functional tool. From custom signage to conversational messaging, every wayfinding element reflects the company’s dynamic spirit, making movement through the space both seamless and fun.

Design Objectives

• Brand-Driven Wayfinding – Rather than relying on traditional arrows and room labels, Sentiform turned wayfinding into a living part of the Contentful brand experience.

• Engagement Through Playfulness – Wayfinding elements were designed to be unexpected, creative, and lighthearted, making every directional cue feel intuitive and memorable.

• Integration with Architecture & Culture – The signage system was woven into the physical space and the company’s brand tone, ensuring a seamless experience that reinforces Contentful’s identity at every turn.
