Located in a suburb near Montpellier's city center, this renovation aimed to strengthen the connection between the house and the garden. The project sought to preserve the scale and character of the existing building. The creation of a metal-framed, wood-filled canopy emphasizes the house's volumes and its interplay of slopes. Largely composed of wood, this terrace space connects to the pool area. The canopy's wooden slats extend into the interior false ceiling, which contrasts with the cooler tones of the concrete floor and the gray facades of the kitchen units.
