Welcome to the Packages MasterPlan, a transformative urban development envisioned by COOOP Designed. This comprehensive plan not only integrates Pakages Mall but also seamlessly combines a 250-bed hotel, offices, and a diverse array of leisure, retail, and entertainment spaces. What makes this MasterPlan truly innovative is its ability to harmoniously connect these varied functions through strategically designed green pockets and infrastructure.
In the Packages MasterPlan, the juxtaposition of contrasting elements is intentional. The green pockets and corridors incorporated into the design serve a multifaceted purpose. They enhance pedestrian friendliness, creating inviting open spaces for public interaction. These green elements not only contribute to the aesthetic appeal but also foster a sense of human-scale relatability, making the built forms more approachable and user-friendly.
