COOOP Designed, in collaboration with Confidential Development, based in Islamabad, Pakistan, envisions the creation of a cutting-edge, fully serviced residential and business community that redefines contemporary living. This ambitious project aims to eliminate the need for residents and visitors to venture outside the community for their daily needs, work, or recreational activities.
Situated strategically with a new interchange from Islamabad Highway and seamless connections to established communities, the development promises effortless commuting to the major centres of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The ongoing upgrade works on Islamabad Highway will further enhance accessibility, making Confidential Development an ideal and convenient hub for both living and working. The master plan, currently at the concept stage, spans an impressive 1300 acres of Gross Floor Area (GFA), with COOOP Designed leading the role of the master planner.
The design team's focus on creating defined and distinct districts ensures a seamless transition between serene residential spaces and vibrant commercial zones. Carefully sized plots will alleviate parking concerns, and services will be seamlessly integrated throughout the community, minimizing roadside congestion and fostering the growth of meticulously designed landscaping.
