The Project is located in the central area of Guangming, featuring good accessibility. Surrounded by two ecological resources, the Science Park and Shishan Park, which are under planning, it is rich in urban landscape resources. The site of the Project is adjacent to the “Science Loop Corridor”, which is the characteristic activity ring for the exchange activities of Guangming Science City, with a total length of 7km and 6 special themed sections in total.
Relying on the Science Park, the Project aims to create an ecological community in the central area of Guangming. Facing the park, each ecological corridor is opened to form an organic and permeable urban texture, which is integrated with the regional ecosystem and provides a 24/7 open garden community for the city. Around the showcase of Guanghui Avenue and Science Park, avant-garde and fashionable technology elements and modern design techniques are introduced to form an unprecedented image of the future and to create unlimited hot spots and brand effects. The introduction of art elements into the commercial design differentiates the Project from the surrounding urban blocks, making it a classic destination in the district, activating the site and creating an "immersive art experience community" both for the district and the city.
