The planned
building consist of 5 units. The car parking can be found in the basement,
just as the mechanical areas and storages. Shops opening to the lakeshores and
catering units can be found on the ground floor, next to apartments with
gardens. The communal areas, such as swimming pool, children’s pool and sauna
are also on the ground floor. The communal areas are provided with garden
connection, orientated onto the shores of the Balaton lake. The apartments are
situated on the upper floors. The planned building is streching on the lake shore as a giant curve.
This characteristic architectural gesture organizes the main bulk. As there are
no secondary facedes, all the apartments bear the same values and orientation. An
important issue was to fit into the street view of Szent István promenade,
lined with hotels and aparments.
