This office park Master and Concept plan integrates approx. 500,000sf of commercial space and associated parking across the 54,000m2 Block. The design looks to find the balance between floor plate efficiency (at 10-15,000sf/floor) and repetition, while presenting an innovative and unique character.
Landscape design and the experience within the open spaces between buildings were essential to adding to the character of this proposal. The design avoided linear circulation, parking aligning the street edges, and large expanses of parking areas within the site. It also incorporated a more playful series of soft landscaped areas and pathways, both covered and open, between buildings.
