This relatively early TOD development project is located in Hong Kong’s New Territories, adjoining the MTR West Rail Tuen Mun station which is connected via six bridges to Century Gateway’s retail podium, Tuen Mun Town Park and other significant parts of the new town’s centre.
The development also acts as a sustainable hub and a gathering place where the neighbourhood can connect and communicate. This is echoed through a unique human-centric design feature – the Sky Club and Sky Gardens, which create a green environment while improving ventilation and permeability.
Century Gateway is comprised of seven 31-37 storey residential towers – over 2,000 flats in all, situated over a 25,000 sq. m. retail podium called V City Mall, with a 24-hour pedestrian walkway system above the public transport interchange.
