The centre aims to address the issue of an aging society within the area by catering to the needs of the elderly through a passive treatment programme.

Rather than merely providing care in the form of synthetic drugs and the like, the centre focuses more in the arts of traditional and alternative medicines, with a vision to implement the overall design of the structure as another means of well-being.

Thus the concept of Envirotherapy is introduced through an environmentally aware built environment; where various features of the centre itself radiates a therapeutic atmosphere that helps with each patients' overall well-being, both physically and spiritually.
