Building is designed in the geometric center of the site . The volume of the buildings has a flowing form storeys 7-14 floors with towering part to the street . Priorova . This decision is due to several conditions monoobema :
- Volume of the building can accommodate all areas corresponding to the technical task ;
- Reduction of the building up to 7 floors does not interrupt insolation nearby residential building ;
- Part of the building towering plane simultaneously supports building the existing streets and accented with the perception of future overpass
laid along the street . Priorova .
Finishing parts facades defined by its function : the first floor of the building has a pronounced finish clinker - a traditional finish for fire stations , all the basic building skin consists of a 2 -layer glazing , which allows to emphasize the importance of urban object monitoring center .
