A large non-profit commissioned BluPath to design new office spaces which consolidate seven arts and culture funding programs into one 10,000sf location. The project creates a vital arts center with a dynamic presence and welcoming atmosphere, easy to use resources for staff and visitors, and increased access and synergy between programs. Natural light and views are maximized by carefully locating private offices, communal work stations and public spaces.
The design features local and sustainable products, a layout that brings natural light deep into interior spaces and energy efficient lighting, to create a light-filled, healthy work environment within a modest budget.
An in-house curated art program showcases pieces by local and regional artists, and site specific installations integrated with architectural design and lighting.
BluPath provided complete programming, test-fit, design, documentation, construction administration and furnishings services.
