A new type of high-rise office block: smarter, greener and more flexible

The remit here was to develop a prominent corner site in a new district of Qingdao – a booming port city in eastern China – providing apartments, offices and generous green spaces. Baumschlager Eberle Architects’ responded with two linked towers that offer maximum comfort and flexibility of use.
