Caspian Twin Tower
In the design process of this high-rise complex Caspian Twin Towers designed by Amir Hossein Afzali Architects, the main approach has been based on improving environmental quality and providing maximum visual and psychological comfort for residents. One of the key issues in the design of residential towers is the issue of mutual oversight of units and reduced privacy. In response to this challenge, by adopting a formal and spatial approach based on curves, breaks, and gradual changes in the building's shell and volume, the overall form of the project has been organized in such a way that direct visibility between units is eliminated or reduced to the minimum possible.
The overall layout and geometry of the volumes, while creating visual dynamism in the facade, has guided the residents' gaze towards the surrounding landscapes and green spaces. In addition to enhancing privacy, this solution has improved natural lighting, proper ventilation, and increased the quality of the building's interaction with the urban context.
Overall, the design of this project is an attempt to combine functional logic and architectural aesthetics, in a way that simultaneously responds to human needs, environmental requirements, and sustainable design principles.
In the design of this high-rise complex, an effort has been made to use a dynamic and fluid form, in addition to enhancing spatial quality, to give the building's volume visual dimension and depth.
The project form, with its purposeful breaks and curves, moves away from volumetric uniformity and is designed in such a way that the side elevations also have dynamism and spatial legibility. In this way, all aspects of the building are active and play an effective role in interacting with the surrounding environment.
On the other hand, the positioning of the two towers on the site and their controlled rotations have been adjusted in such a way that all units benefit from the sea and forest views. This precise orientation has not only increased the quality of vision and natural light, but also created a harmonious connection between the project and the surrounding nature.
Overall, the design of this complex is an effort to create a meaningful form that, while responding to functional needs, establishes its presence in the urban context with a vibrant architectural expression.
