proposal for a young couple working in Hong Kong and wanted to build their dream house on their property in the Philippines
The house sits on top of a hill overlooking a local river and Sierra Madre mountain range. The house has green design elements that will help the owners in the future. Large glazed windows and wide eaves will reduce sun's UV rays while allowing natural light deep into the rooms. Locally sourced materials like natural river stone and wood will be used for cladding and construction to help reduce construction cost and carbon footprint. Wide openings and high ceiling adds to the natural cross ventilation properties of the project. It's a two-storey residence with 4-bedrooms and 4-baths. It also includes a lap pool and a roof garden for the lower ground garage.
