In 2009, Oleihc and Enegue Private Limited was founded by Eugene Ragpa and Chielo Soriano-Ragpa in Singapore and quickly started with development projects and interior architecture. The practice continues to produce diverse modern projects that demonstrate creativity and innovation accross the region. To date, the company has range of finished and upcoming projects locally and abroad and strives to create inspirational spaces.
