Casa Orea develops in the south of the city of Puebla, on a privileged area. The first condition of the project was to optimize the construction áreas without affecting the program , taking advantage of its location and seeking better prospects.
To achieve this it was thought to run the whole scheme of the house to the free corner of the land, with the purpose of being separated from the adjoining properties, making room for an indoor garden, garaje, and services on a smaller space, causing a detached house and protagonist.
The interior layout was in a single compositional axis where all áreas of the house are developed in one space, usually dividing elements such as low walls and slopes, thus stabilishing an opening atmosphere and interaction with the exterior.
The authenticity of the materials was a constant in the project, both interior and facades. The exposed concrete, woods, oil, Steel, detailing, natural stones define the color palette throughout the project.
Casa Orea is a housing franc volumen, composed o that the house is perceived in different ways, combining elements that invite to be lived and inhabited.
