In different lands and contexts, Brazilians have the opportunity to live in the forest: whether in the countryside or in the city, interspersed with remnants of the native forest. Enjoying the climate and being in contact with nature is, for architects, a challenge but also a privilege.
The premises for the development of the proposal seek to establish a direct relationship between all the internal environments with the natural external landscape, composed of leafy trees from the implantation of the residence in the upper part of the land. Indeed, the generous openings and balconies form spaces of enjoyment.
The intimate area of the house, which houses 3 bedrooms and a living room, is located on the upper floor. On the middle floor are located the living room, a sewing room, kitchen and service area, in addition to the space under the access ramp of the house, which houses an artisanal microbrewery. It is on this floor that the swimming pool is located. The lower floor houses a storage room, an external bathroom and the pool's engine room.
In a continuous relationship between internal and external spaces, the integration of the floors takes place dynamically and aims to benefit from natural light in all its amplitude. The materials and dimensions of the environments reflect these intentions.
