Casa HD was born from the need to renovate a traditional space and make it timeless, this made the owners of the place want to make a renovation of the main room, the same remodeling that extended throughout the other spaces of the house.
Starting from the principle that the place to be remodeled was the main room, great changes were made in it, creating more spacious, illuminated and above all welcoming spaces for end users.
If wooden lattices were used to unify and at the same time mark each area of the bedroom, the television cabinet was left as a clean and illuminated space. A small window was enlarged which adjoined a patio that they had which was not used, creating a door that gives access to this space to make it part of the recámara. For the rest area, a sequoia granite was placed on the sides of the headboard, and complemented by a panel lined in fabric in a neutral tone that combines perfectly with the granite of the back wall . Closing with two wooden buros and a rug that provides warmth to the space and highlights the area.
The main bathroom had a considerable expansion being the glass and brushed granite the elements used in all spaces, double sinks were placed creating a fully functional and illuminated space, which was a very important aspect to consider in the requirements.
The space of the room was an enclosed space with little lighting, in which there was a very interesting gabled roof; This wood panels were placed to create a point of impact, this space was decorated with objects and furniture which together create a warm space with a lot of personality.
In the bar area the carpentry was rescued is the original of the house were painted white and complemented with a wallpaper in gray and white tones that make the space look brighter.
The kitchen, had problems of space and lighting which were solved by creating a kitchen in shades of white with a cascading bar, a ceiling with indirect light and a vertical lamp above the bar was installed, everything was complemented with a wooden floor in light tones and the window frames both elements make the space unify making it warm and bright.
