Casa Golondrinas 50 is a project designed as a response to the real estate market in Cancun, where the function is adapted to young families or older people.
The ground floor has a multifunction room, which can be used as a study, guest room or bedroom with a window onto a garden vestibulated with a wall of compacted material.
The semi-private kitchen coexists with a spacious room that is directly related to the terrace and the pool.
The terrace is a space of vast vegetation, which houses a linear pool of polished white cement, with entrances surrounded by plants, this being a visual finish from the kitchen to the living room and dining room.
The materials used, such as marble, chukum, and tzalam and cumarú wood, are reminiscent of most of our projects, with warm tones and neutral textures, where the end user will be the protagonist who prints color on the architecture, hoping in this way to comply with a design timeless.
