Anchored in the Andean landscape of Loja, the Andina GC House is a pure volume that balances memory of place, function, and an honest construction logic. Its program is clearly divided into two levels: an open, social ground floor that integrates with the garden, and a private upper floor unified by a central family living core. The defining feature is its brick lattice facade, a double skin that filters light, provides privacy, and reinterprets local tradition in a contemporary way. Built with exposed concrete, brick, and wood, the house expresses a tectonic materiality that is deeply rooted in its surroundings.
