Early Childhood Education Center in Daejeon Health College
The early childhood education center is located on the west side of Yeodeok Pavilion. The site has both a level with the scale of the village and a level with the university's campus scale. Although different programs such as college students' education and early childhood education should be separated into two buildings, they were planned as one building using the level difference of the land. This level difference separates the entrance of the building for lecture and the entrance of the kindergarten, and it is convenient for users to use it by their usage. Both of the two subject spaces have frontal and independent spaces and become communicative spaces. The first floor with the village scale was placed on the front of the kindergarten so that outsiders could be controlled from the teacher room and the director office. We separated the boys' toilets and the girls' toilets in the prototype of classroom, and planned one observation room for each classroom. The third floor of the ground is a space where the kindergarten and the lecture area coexist, and at the same time, it becomes the community space of the school where the public visits and people inside can communicate with the outside.
