The designed sports building - swimming pool is intended for active recreation, professional, amateur sports education, spending free time with families and organizing events, the design part was prepared together with colleagues from the "Tiksli forma" company, who prepared the architectural part of the project together with us. The energy efficiency class of the building is expected to be A++. Premises are planned on one floor, and a technical floor will be installed in the basement.
The layout of the ground floor is designed to provide easy and convenient access to services for visitors. The design includes a lounge with access to the administrative area, waiting area, café and bar area, solarium area.
An access control system to separate the flow of visitors entering and leaving the cloakrooms, a common cloakroom with changing cubicles and 150 lockers are planned.
In the swimming pool area, a 4-lane, 25m sports pool with a movable bottom 25mx11m is to be designed with a drowning prevention system, which allows the detection of a person who is not moving underwater (a potential drowning person), so lifeguards could detect and rescue them in the shortest possible time.
The common area includes spa area, water massage pool, children's pool with a slide, complex of three saunas, areas for infrared treatments, gym and group exercise room, massage rooms and a salt room. The general locker room area shall include separate coaches locker rooms with a rest room, a medical point meeting the minimum requirements for a doping control room.
The external walls of the building shall be of monolithic reinforced concrete and multilayer walls with reinforced concrete panels on the outside. The western fasade shall be finished with perforated metal sheeting. The eastern fasade of the building shall be of glass fasade construction.
The number of parking spaces to be provided will be 53, with 22 parking spaces on the site, including 3 spaces for people with disabilities and 10 spaces for electric vehicles with charging capability.
Taking into account the need for bicycle parking spaces, the project will provide 12 bicycle parking spaces (6 stands of 2 spaces each).
