In 1915 the Navy base in Keyport Washington was created with the first building housing the administration of the base and the manufacturing of torpedoes. Now Building 1 will become completely administrative, becoming an office space for the base. Key features of the building include the existing brick shell, high and low bay sectional qualities, additions over time, and the rhythmic structure.
