Bronx Point is a new community-oriented waterfront park that reconnects Bronx communities to the Harlem River. The project includes a 4.6-acre waterfront esplanade and park, alongside a 540-unit 100% affordable housing building that will also house the Universal Hip-Hop Museum. Developed through extensive community engagement, the park features a multi-age, nature-themed playground, water access, educational areas, and ecological enhancements such as a reintroduced tidal marsh and planted revetment. Bronx Point is a resilient park that balances ecological priorities with community needs.
