A contemporary image showing a new esthetic for a short height building is created.
The external part is worked as a great metallic blue glass screen wrapped by a bright white composed aluminum plane. Inside, an open space accommodates a zen garden and enables to have a view of the entire building.
The service zone and warehouses are situated in the rear façade. The building offers the sensation of being floating over a reflecting pool. This fact points out the main entrance, which becomes the visual focus
due to its red color treatment.
