Terraces and windows, horizontal and vertical strips, grey and white. The exterior image is of two blocks that are situated perpendicularly to one another. Their location on the plot orients them towards the large community space – with a lush garden and a large swimming pool – that sits between them. Plus, the buildings are set back from each of the surrounding streets, generating a path around the perimeter of the plot, which is fenced off with vertical slats.
Conjunction between the communal spaces and the private spaces, with room for both to coexist. While the lower floors have private gardens, the higher ones have a private terrace on the roof.
In total, there are 35 units, 12 of them in the building that faces southeast and 23 in the one that faces southwest. A residential complex with a shared pedestrian access through the garden and a single vehicle access to the underground car parks. An orderly distribution visible in the rhythms of
the exterior façades, but also in the interior design of the units, with the main rooms opening onto the best views of nature shared by the entire community.
