Brava Theater

SIZE
3000 sqft - 5000 sqft
This project included a 5000 square foot remodel of an existing historic building for a non-profit client. Adjacent to the Brava theater, new staff offices, a cafe, and green room will occupy storefront along 24th Street.

The historic storefront is being restored to the original Reid Brothers Architects design after years of neglect. On the interior, a modern clerestory ribbon unifies the separate functions and brings abundant natural light deep into the space. Each function includes a mezzanine looking down upon the main ground floor space below.

This project is publically funded with state grant bond money. Accessibility, structural, and full systems upgrades were part of the scope of work.
