The development consists of a residential building with twenty-two floors, with only one apartment per floor, four suites, and a large social area. Located in the most noble neighborhood of the city of Caxias do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The land is located in one of the most valued regions of the city, with a 360º view that guided the architectural design. The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. Volumetrically, the building is constituted by a great vertical monolith in which volumes were suppressed in its corners where its great balconies are located that end up cutting the volume, these balconies are pushed and stretched looking for a better view and insolation from each plane.
The Borgio Verezzi brings in its lines a world trend of contemporary and authorial architecture with an excellent use of space. As for the distribution of uses, all parking spaces and a large part of the building's technical area are located underground, freeing up the ground floor for condominium and living spaces, as well as the building's leisure area, which is further evidenced by the tower's large setback, providing a beautiful and sunny access garden.
The first floor, which gives access to the building, has a reinforced guardhouse, a decorated and furnished party room, a heated swimming pool, fitness center with modern and high-performance equipment, a toy room decorated with playful elements, terraces, and a pet area. All the apartments have great ventilation and solar orientation, a large living room, private social and service elevators, distribution hall for the social, intimate, and service areas, totaling a private area of 280.00m², all of them with four suites, one master suite with Jacuzzi. Social area with more than 110.00m² made up of an entrance hall, a large living room, a gourmet space and a balcony, and the fourth bedroom was designed so that its area can be incorporated into the living room if the owner so wishes.
