BMW's flagship dealership is situated at the confluence of two major freeways. The facility reuses a former office building and soap factory to create a new 100,000sqft state of art facility. The site required extensive environmental remediation and stormwater and floodplain controls. The placement of the delivery bay on the top floor of the building and display of vehicles on multiple floors has created a unique "vertical dealership" and local landmark. It's commanding presence makes a powerful and seductive statement for the BMW brand.
