Thousand pieces of blue films are installed on ceiling of canopy to visualize the breeze of wind. “Blue Wind” started with an aged fishing vessel, which depicts a tale, that is invisible but still existing. This story leads us to feel invisible breeze and its journey from far-away sea to the park. As wind blows, thousand pieces will become a storyteller and waving canopy with a fantastic view. The moving films will incarnate the sea waves. We hope to bring to light the story and in further enrich the people's everyday life. By this imagination, the park will give us more various questions and thoughts about the River.
