The primary objective of the design was to conceive a biophilic dwelling that prioritizes user comfort and fosters a deep reconnection with the natural environment.
Nestled amidst nature, this project reexamines our intrinsic biological bond with the natural world. By embracing various biophilic design principles, it transforms into an urban oasis for its inhabitants.
Our aim was to craft a secluded sanctuary seamlessly integrated with its surroundings, allowing nature to seamlessly blend into the living spaces.
Drawing inspiration from both visible and invisible facets of nature, thermal dynamics, the presence of water, dynamic lighting, and a connection to natural ecosystems, as well as utilizing materials evocative of nature, biomorphic shapes, and patterns, our design incorporates a range of biophilic patterns to optimize residents' comfort and well-being.
Throughout the design, natural materials take center stage, adorning both the exterior façade and interior spaces.
The inviting warmth of wood infuses the private abode with a cozy ambiance, complemented by the earthy elegance of stone and verdant mesh coverings.
A standout feature of the residence is its Winter Garden, situated on the second floor. Surrounded by adjoining rooms, it offers captivating views of the lush greenery, serving as a serene retreat during the colder months when outdoor activities are less feasible.
Thoughtfully arranged to maximize outdoor space utilization, the house beckons residents to embrace the tranquility of the outdoors, providing an enchanting haven for moments spent amidst the fresh air.
