Completed in 2009, Berkeley Hall School’s new Arts and Science Building provides a home for the school’s music, fine arts, photography, science, and woodworking programs. Students enter from the upper promenade level into high-ceilinged studios offering expansive views of the playing fields below. The woodshop and storage areas are placed on the lower level and built into the adjacent hillside. On the north side of the building is the Learning Garden – a beautifully composed tapestry of native California and drought tolerant plants.
